1. Terms of Service
These terms form the agreement between you and Zhengzhou Liangdong Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") regarding your use of this website and our computation services.
1.1 Scope
These terms apply to browsing this website, registering and signing in, self-service computing, the Public Task Marketplace, service requests and online consultation. For individual research projects, the rights and obligations are governed by the signed contract or the confirmed order; where the contract differs from these terms, the contract prevails.
1.2 Registration and profile
- Registration requires only an account name and mobile number. Organization type, organization name, real name and identity can be completed later under My Account → Profile.
- Please ensure the information you provide is true and accurate, and update it when it changes, so that settlement and invoicing are not affected.
- Keep your account and password safe. All activity under your account is deemed to be your own; if you notice anything unusual, contact us immediately so we can suspend the account.
1.3 Services and acceptance
We provide theoretical chemistry calculations, molecular dynamics simulations, research services, and software and computing support, as presented on the Services page and confirmed in the agreed plan. We may decline or suspend a request where: the requirement is beyond our capability or compliance scope; it involves illegal content; the structures or data are not lawfully sourced; it may infringe third-party IP or trade secrets; or you fail to provide the materials required.
1.4 Calculation plan and changes
- Both parties first confirm the calculation plan, including method, basis set or force field, model system, timeline and deliverables.
- Any change after confirmation requires written confirmation from both parties (in-app or by email); computing resources and work hours already incurred are settled as actually incurred.
1.5 Delivery, acceptance and retention
- We deliver the analysis report, figures and data files as agreed, together with the necessary explanation and Q&A support.
- Reports, figures and data are archived and can be re-downloaded within one year; beyond that period, please contact us if you need them again.
- Please raise any objection with supporting evidence within 7 working days of receipt; otherwise the deliverables are deemed accepted (unless the contract provides otherwise).
1.6 Fees and settlement
- Prices are published and transparent; the quotation and delivery timeline are confirmed before work starts, with no undisclosed extra charges.
- The Public Task Marketplace does not collect, escrow or forward task payments and charges no service fee on transactions. Rewards are settled directly between the publisher and the assignee under their own contract; the platform only provides posting, matching and process records.
- Corporate bank transfer is supported and VAT invoices can be issued, based on the information you provide.
1.7 Intellectual property
- Structures, data and materials you provide remain yours or your rights holder's.
- The delivered calculation results, analysis reports and their derivative outputs belong to the client.
- We retain only de-identified technical experience and methodological know-how. Without your written permission we do not disclose project content, nor use your research results for publication or display.
1.8 Suspension, changes and refunds
- Where work cannot continue due to force majeure, policy changes, or incomplete or late materials from you, the service may be suspended and settled according to work already performed.
- If we fail to deliver within the agreed period without reasonable justification, a refund or compensation is made under the contract or platform rules.
- The platform holds no task funds, so no fund return is involved when a task is cancelled or fails review; any amount already paid is settled directly between the parties under their contract.
1.9 Disclaimer and limitation of liability
- Computational results are scientific inferences based on theoretical methods and models, intended to support research judgement. They do not constitute a promise of experimental, industrial or any particular outcome; please evaluate them alongside experimental and other evidence.
- We are not liable for deviations caused by errors in the structures, parameters or data you provide.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any single project is capped at the actual service amount of that project, except where the law provides otherwise.
1.10 Acceptable use
When using this website and our services, you must not:
- upload or publish confidential, illegal material, or material that infringes third-party rights;
- register under another person's identity, or conduct fake transactions or cash-out schemes;
- attack, intrude into or interfere with the platform, or scrape data in bulk;
- lend or transfer your account to others.
Where these rules are breached, we may suspend or terminate the service and reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.
1.11 Changes, disputes and contact
- We may revise these terms from time to time; revisions are announced on this page with an updated effective date. Continuing to use the service means you accept the revised terms.
- Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, they are submitted to the competent people's court at the location of our company.
- For questions or complaints, email zzld2025@163.com; we reply within 5 working days.

- Deletion and cancellation: request deletion of information or account cancellation by email; we process it within 15 working days after verifying your identity.

This statement takes effect on September 25, 2026. Where this page conflicts with a signed non-disclosure agreement (NDA), the NDA prevails.
